In Melsted, close to the sea and cliffs, Baltic Sea Glass is a vibrant studio where glass art has been created since 1981. What was once a chicken house is now a place where visitors can experience the transformation of molten glass up close.
For more than 40 years, light, colour and movement have shaped the work of Baltic Sea Glass. Bornholm’s nature is reflected in the organic forms and captivating colours found in both functional glass and unique pieces.
In the open studio, skilled glassblowers work with passion and precision. Today, Baltic Sea Glass is a gallery, workshop and shop in one – a place where glass art comes alive.
