Our bees are rented out to farmers all over the island. It gives a unique honey. We get the optimal, delicious consistency by cold-stirring the honey - sometimes at 2 o'clock in the morning, sometimes early in the morning. The Bornholm nature determines the taste.

The spring, summer and late summer honey is sold, among other things, through the Skafferiet at Melstedgård and the Gårdbutikken, Vellensbyvej in Rønne.
