Den Gamle Brandstation

In the summer of 2026, life will once again move into the old fire station in Allinge.
Behind the historic gates you will find a relaxed pop-up wine bar with a focus on good ingredients, cold glasses and an informal summer atmosphere in the middle of Bornholm. Here there is room for both long lunches in the sun, spontaneous stops after the harbor and summer evenings that are allowed to develop at their own pace.
From June 15 to September 1, wine, local cider, beer and light meals are served in the raw and atmospheric setting. In the evening, the grill is lit, where the day's servings are based on seasonal ingredients and local vegetables. The menu changes continuously - depending on what the day and mood call for.
Outside, the old fire truck stands, from which ice cream is served to guests and passersby, while the courtyard provides a setting for relaxed hours with music, people and summer life.
Den Gamle Brandstation is created as a vibrant summer resort more than a classic restaurant or wine bar – a place where spontaneous ideas, good conversations and cozy moments find space.
