Just Coffee is a family-owned microbusiness working with top-quality coffee while respecting both people and the environment. You can explore a variety of roast profiles – from light and complex to dark and intense.
Visit the Roastery
When you visit the roastery and small café just outside Roskilde, you can buy freshly roasted coffee, a takeaway cup, or other small treats. You’ll also get a unique insight into how coffee is made – from bean to cup. Afterwards, you might enjoy a walk or cycle along the scenic Fjord Path by Roskilde Fjord.
Coffee Tasting and Barista Courses
If you’d like to expand your coffee knowledge, you can join a tasting session and explore different varieties and roast levels. Or you might take part in a barista course, where you’ll learn how to steam milk and create latte art.
