Crafts and garden experience in historic surroundings

Kræmmerhuset is a place where crafts and gardens merge into an experience of calm and slow living. The former folk high school building from 1886 forms the setting for a 7,000 m² visitor garden with small garden spaces, ponds, stone settings and pergolas.

In the garden, visitors can wander among roses and perennials, find a quiet corner or simply drift through a living landscape where nature and human craftsmanship are in balance. It is a place for the whole family and for a break with coffee and cake surrounded by greenery.

The shop is run by ceramic artist Anina Kofod and offers ceramics as well as a wide selection of crafts – including Bornholm patchwork, textiles, basketry, honey, spices and other handmade products from both Bornholm and abroad.
