Pillemark [Pølmårk]

Pillemark is one of the biggest villages of the island.

Nowadays, it has a very special ambience during the summer months because one of the largest strawberry farms on the island is located here. Berry pickers from all over Europe come here each year and set up camp in the garden. This makes the area extremely vivacious and cosmopolitan with many young people from all sorts of different countries.

The town has several vegetable stands and flea markets. From the Møllebakken hill to the west, there is a fine view over the sea where you can enjoy the island’s most stunning sunset.
