Samsø Naturskole

Samsø Naturskole is the field center for nature on Samsø.

Samsø Naturskole has a great location right next to Stavns Fjord and only a few hundred meters from Langør Harbour. The staff has extensive technical knowledge of nature on the island and offers activities for all ages.

Samsø Naturskole is open to visitors throughout the year.

Samsø Naturskole is a part of Samsø municipality and is also responsible for the care of natural areas and archaeological sites, maintenance of tracks, etc.

Sheeps are used to graze the grasslands and marshes, and the department has a “crew” of approx. 180 sheep and rams with an annual output of approx. 150 lambs.
