Since 2000, Svaneke Bryghus has helped put Bornholm on the map for beer lovers. What began as a small brewery on Svaneke Square has grown into one of Denmark’s best-known craft breweries, where organic ingredients, skilled craftsmanship and a curiosity for new flavours remain at the heart of everything they do.

All beer is brewed in Svaneke using organic ingredients and Bornholm water, which helps give each brew its distinctive character. Here, beer is given the time it needs to develop its flavour, resulting in a wide range of beers that includes both classic favourites and more experimental creations.

Svaneke Bryghus is also recognised for its commitment to sustainability and environmentally conscious production. As one of the first breweries in Denmark, its beer production was certified as CO₂-neutral. Today, every beer is brewed with respect for craftsmanship, quality ingredients and the unique surroundings of Bornholm.
