Experience the animals at Aarø Camping up close
A few years ago, a small petting zoo was established in the forest opposite the campsite. With a focus on sustainability, the felled trees from the area were recycled for the construction of the stable.
The small zoo houses alpacas, runner ducks, goats, rabbits and chickens - all animals roam freely in their enclosures. Occasionally there are opportunities to get up close and pet the animals.
Opening hours in season:
Monday - Saturday: 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00
Sunday: 10.00-12.00
