The beach at Askø Harbour is located in front of a small headland with a view of the harbour. Above it is a holiday home area, so there can be a lot of activity on hot days. Fortunately, there is plenty of space here as the beach is five metres wide and 130 metres long. Most of the beach consists of fine sand, but there may be a few stones and if the wind is in the wrong corner, seaweed will drift in. The water is very shallow and the beach is a family-friendly beach, where a jetty is set up during the bathing season so you can get far enough out to dip your whole body.
