Organic vegetables, fruit, berries and beef from our own breeding. In addition, a large selection of wine, coffee and other delicacies.

The farm has been organic since 1968 and delivers a fantastic quality that can be experienced both in Michelin-starred restaurants and in the farm's own restaurant.

Summer restaurant

Menus and dishes are created week by week and are always based on seasonal ingredients and the farm's own products.

A la carte is served for lunch and a set menu for dinner.

The farm regularly hosts pop-up events in the restaurant.
