The beach at Bjerghuse has been awarded the Blue Flag in recent years – a visible sign that the beach and water environment are clean and of high quality.
Each year, the Danish Outdoor Council (Friluftsrådet) publishes the list of approved beaches and marinas before the bathing season officially begins on 1 June.
