Bolderslev and Uge Forests cover an area of 156.6 hectares and are part of an originally continuous deciduous forest area near Aabenraa.

The area is home to around 300 different tree and plant species, several of which are rare in Denmark.

There is a marked hiking trail of approximately 4.5 km, which can be shortened to a 2.5 km loop.

The trails are simple forest paths through challenging terrain, so sturdy footwear is recommended. The area is not suitable for people with walking difficulties, wheelchair users, or pushchairs.
