At Broløkke Manor, Restaurant 1758 draws on produce from Langeland, complemented by ingredients from, amongst other places, Funen, the South Sea Islands and the surrounding islands. A few specialities are sourced from further afield, such as truffles from Gotland and scallops from Norway.

The dishes are seasoned with herbs from the manor’s own kitchen garden, amongst other things, and with spices from other parts of the world. The focus is on the origin of the ingredients, the producers and the craftsmanship in the kitchen.
