Christmas Food Walk

Christmas Food Walk combines a festive day in Skagen with taste experiences at selected places to eat around the town. You make your way through Skagen at your own pace, enjoying the decorated streets and Christmas atmosphere while each stop offers its own Christmas-inspired serving.

The experience is suitable for couples, families, friends and colleagues who would like to combine a day in Skagen with food and Christmas atmosphere. The route allows you to explore the town along the way and decide for yourself in which order you would like to visit the different stops.

Five Christmas-inspired taste experiences

Your Christmas Food Walk ticket includes five Christmas-inspired taste experiences at selected places to eat in Skagen. Each serving has been created especially for the event, giving you a varied selection of festive flavours and impressions as you make your way through town. Drinks are not included in the ticket price but can be purchased separately at the participating stops.

A Christmas surprise to take home

As an extra part of the experience, you will receive a special Christmas surprise to take home. It provides a small reminder of the day and lets you bring a little of Skagen's Christmas atmosphere home with you once the walk has ended.

Practical information about Christmas Food Walk

Christmas Food Walk takes place during the daytime. Check-in is between 11.00 and 12.00, after which you have until 17.00 to visit the participating stops. At check-in, you will receive route material and practical information, allowing you to visit the stops in the order that suits you.

Dates and tickets

Christmas Food Walk 2026 takes place on Saturday 28 November and Saturday 5 December. Tickets are available through Skagen Nyt's ticket shop at Safeticket, where you can also find the current ticket information.

The price is DKK 495 plus a ticket fee. The ticket includes five Christmas-inspired taste experiences and a special Christmas surprise to take home. Drinks are purchased separately.
