Climb aboard the Christmas ship Svanen and experience Aarhus from a different angle on a guided Christmas tour through the harbour. The ship is decked out with fairy lights, Christmas trees and festive decorations, creating a festive atmosphere both inside and out.

Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate whilst the ship glides through the harbour. A cosy Christmas experience for both children and adults.

Along the way, the guide will tell you about Aarhus’ history and the development of the harbour. Sail past historic harbour areas, and experience the contrast with the modern district of Aarhus Ø and its striking architecture.

More Christmas experiences on board the Svanen

In November and December, the Christmas ship Svanen also hosts special Christmas events. Among other things, you can enjoy live music, a Christmas quiz, Christmas knitting, beer tasting, lunch cruises and a Lucia cruise. There’s also the chance to take part in a Christmas mystery at sea.

• Departure and arrival: At DOKK1, Hack Kampmanns Plads 2, 8000 Aarhus C.
• Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
• Food and drink: You may not bring your own drinks, but they can be purchased on board.
