Danish Mill day at Bundsbæk Mølle

On the occasion of Danish Windmill Day, mills across the country open their doors to give visitors the opportunity to learn more about Denmark's rich history and traditions in water and wind turbines.

The water mill at Bundsbæk Mill is the oldest working water mill in West Jutland and represents an age-old tradition in Denmark dating back to the 11th century. On Mill Day, the museum's volunteer mill guild is ready to tell you more about the history of Bundsbæk Mill and to demonstrate how the water mill grinds flour.
