Denmark’s largest circular kitchen garden

Denmark’s largest circular kitchen garden is open for self-guided visits throughout the season – from the beginning of May to the end of September. If you have any questions during your visit, we’re happy to help. However, guided tours must be booked in advance.

Our vision is to create an oasis for biodiversity, where animals, plants, and people thrive together – with self-sufficiency, sustainability, and presence at the core. We aim to inspire others to live in harmony with nature. The garden was established in 2020 on depleted grassland and a nutrient-polluted pond. We cultivate the soil with a focus on health and diversity, drawing on principles from organic farming, permaculture, biodynamics, and regenerative agriculture – always starting with the soil and choosing polyculture over monoculture.

  • Admission: DKK 50 / €7 per person (children under 15 years enter free), payable at the entrance.
  • The admission includes access to the entire garden (vegetable garden, cutting garden, lake, orchard, etc. – a total of 1.8 hectares).
  • Guests are welcome to bring and enjoy their own food in the garden.
  • Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash, and waste must be picked up.
  • A composting toilet is available.
  • Unfortunately, the garden is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users.
