Both in the town of Ringsted and in the many beautiful rural areas of the municipality, you will find many farm shops offering a wide variety of products.
In Bringstrup, for example, you will find Det Lille Bryggeri, which brews beer so good that it was named Brewery of the Year in 2020, 2022, and 2023 by the Danish Beer Enthusiasts.
Not far from there is Brink Nordic, which specializes in designing and producing high-quality glass ornaments. You may have seen Brink Nordic's beautiful Christmas decorations in Tivoli.
