Farsø Fjord Camping caters to all types of campers, from tents to motorhomes and caravans. In addition, there are also 3 types of cabins in various sizes and with different facilities available for rent.
The campsite is owned by the Nørgaard Eriksen family, former year-round campers who are passionate about happy customers and personal service. Look forward to meeting them on-site and let them create the framework for your next camping holiday in Himmerland.
Café Hygge
In the heart of the campsite, not far from the playground, you will find Café Hygge, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or settle in for a delightful dinner. If you prefer coffee and a homemade rum ball, it can be savored in the cozy and authentic "Oldemors Hjørne" (Grandmother's Corner).
At Farsø Fjord Camping, there's a rule that when you're on vacation, you must indulge in at least one ice cream a day. Here, you can enjoy homemade ice cream from Ryå Ismejeri.
Café Hygge is open to everyone, including guests who are not campers.
Activities
At Farsø Fjord Camping, you'll find a large fenced dog forest where the four-legged friends can have a blast and make new friends. The campsite also features 2 large playgrounds with a jumping pillow, providing entertainment for both big and small children.
On hot summer days, you can take a dip in the pool, which also offers 2 water slides. If you want to add variety to your holiday activities, play a game of mini-golf on the site and see who comes out on top among the 12 courses.
Throughout the season, Farsø Fjord Camping hosts various activities, including flea markets, Pentecost celebrations, and concerts with local musicians.
Don't miss out on the nature surrounding the campsite during your vacation. Not far away is Uhrehøj Plantation, offering several mountain biking trails of varying difficulty levels. In Uhrehøj Plantation, you can also lace up your hiking boots and explore beautiful hiking routes with space and tranquility.
