At the salt factory in Dania, hot water constantly flows into the fjord. It attracts not only birds, but also plenty of trout, stealheads and winterdressed anglers. On good winter days, you can experience a true trout paradise where steam rises from the water surface while large schools of trout display their fins. At the same time, the water currents can be warm enough to heat up otherwise winter-chilled feet in your waders.
