Flinchs Hotel

The classic and cozy city hotel located in the center of Samsø’s capital, Tranebjerg.

Hotel:
With its central location, a stay at Flinch’s Hotel is the ideal starting point for excursions around the island. There are only about 4 km to the lovely beach in Sælvigbugten, the cozy harbour environment in Ballen or to one of Denmark’s most beautiful golf courses. The hotel’s history goes back to the late 1800s and is continually renovated, so that it today is light and modern with respect with respect for its original appearance.

Flinch’s Hotel has 28 rooms – all with private bathroom and TV. 8 rooms are located in the extension building “the stable”, with direct access from the patio and thus ideal for disabled and wheelchair users. All rooms are non smoking.

The restaurant:
Restaurant Flinch’s kitchen serves both traditional dishes, but also other exciting menus, prepared on the basis of the many fresh ingredients, the island has to offer. The chef endeavors at rethinking mixing the traditional with the more modern cuisine. Enjoy your dinner in a relaxed atmosphere in the hotel’s newly renovated restaurant or, if weather permits, in the cozy courtyard.
