Foyer Concert – Barbershop Quartet House Rules
Experience rich vocal harmonies with the barbershop quartet House Rules barbershop quartet.
The quartet from Aarhus consists of Joachim Egsgaard, Nicklas Bisbo, Mathias Egsgaard and Henrik Felter. Founded in 2020, the group has strong roots in the choral environments of Aarhus Universitet and Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium.
House Rules aims to promote the barbershop tradition in Denmark and reach a wide audience. Their repertoire includes both classic American barbershop songs and newly arranged Danish pieces that have proven highly popular with audiences.
Alongside an active concert schedule, the quartet prioritises musical growth by participating in competitions every year. Most recently, they ranked as the fourth-best male barbershop quartet in the Nordic region.
With a strong focus on musicality, entertainment and audience connection, House Rules delivers an engaging and joyful concert experience.
