Grønne Mølle and Møllegården were built in the 18th century, though a watermill has existed on the site since 1557. However, the farmhouse, the current watermill, the garden canals, the courtyard paving, and the mill pond with its associated dike and dam date from approximately 1853.

Møllegården is a four-winged farmstead featuring a detached farmhouse and interconnected outbuildings. At the center lies a cobblestone courtyard. The farmhouse, which functions as both a residence and a mill, is built on a granite foundation. Because it is situated on a slope, the side facing the courtyard is single-story, while the garden side has two stories.

The interconnected outbuildings consist of long sides and a west gable constructed in green timber framing with whitewashed panels, while the east gable is made of solid masonry with new panoramic windows. The roof is a thatched half-hip roof with three chimneys. With its original two-light windows, two historic double blue entrance doors with decorative mullioned panes, and a dentil cornice on the courtyard side, Møllegården is remarkably well-preserved. The farm has been passed down through generations and has been restored by the current owner since 1991.

The Mill: The mill is accessed through an old double door in the east gable of the farmhouse. The interior machinery is intact, including a pearling mill and a flour mill. There is also access to the lower mill, where the rest of the gearwork can be seen. From the lower mill, one can enter the scullery facing the garden, which contains parts of a former bread oven. The mill received a new waterwheel in 2016.

In 2017, Grønne Mølle was nominated for "Denmark's Most Beautiful Farmhouse" along with 14 other farms, achieving an impressive 6th place.

There is no public access.
