Today, Haraldskær Manor is no longer listed, but in the middle of the river valley, the white manor house offers modern conference facilities, lovely bright rooms, a knights’ hall and other beautiful lounges, welcoming guests to experiences of presence and gastronomy in the heart of nature.

Haraldskær’s kitchen focuses on local and organic ingredients that follow the seasons. Most things are made from scratch, and honest meals are served with delicious ingredients. In the cellar beneath the main building, you will find Haralds Kælder, where the beautiful vaults naturally create a wonderful atmosphere and a cosy feeling – perhaps with a good glass in hand.
