Hiking route: Manna-Thise
At Manna-Thise the three routes (11.1 km, 5.1 km and 3.9) takes you through the hilly and beautiful terrain past the watchtower in Thise Bakker, Thise Church, The Multihouse and Vor Frue Kilde

In the middle of and at the foot of Thise Bakker lie Thise and Manna, respectively – actually two small separate villages, which, due to their geography and strong local community spirit, appear as one.
Bakketårnet: Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful countryside around Thisebakker.
At the foot of Bakketårnet is an activity course for children and adults. At the foot of the hill tower is an activity course for children and adults.
Thise Church: The church was built in the Romanesque style in the 12th-13th centuries and was rebuilt and expanded in the 15th century in the Gothic style. The church is open to visitors during staff working hours.
Vor Fure Spring: In the Middle Ages, spring markets were held here, and people came from far and wide to be healed by the spring water. Unfortunately, the spring has dried up today.
Jens Thises Minde: In the churchyard you will find the grave of Jens Madsen Møller. He was particularly notable
for his dialect poetry, stories, books and plays in the Vendelbo dialect.
Multihuset: Here you will find a fitness centre, meeting rooms, a sports hall and the Thise Local History Archive.
View of the hills: When the ice melted away around 12-14,000 years ago, the hill was one of Vendsyssel's many islands in the ice sea. The nature around Manna-Thise is beautiful in all seasons and in all kinds of weather.
