The tranquillity from here becomes our rhythm and we allow ourselves to sway with the seasons. An immersion in the gifts of nature inspires us on a daily basis, and the menu is an expression of this.

The kitchen is a modern interpretation of Danish and French gastronomy with a focus on seasonal ingredients.
