A GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE
Hotel Tønderhus' restaurant has a new concept.
The restaurant has a light a la carte menu for lunch,
but in the evening you can choose between a 3-course or 5-course menu, which is changed daily.
The menu is composed according to the possibilities of the season,
with a focus on local raw materials, to the extent that this is also possible.
