Kobbeå Valley

Follow the Kobbeå River through the beautiful rift valley. The Kobbeå Valley is one of Bornholm's most beautiful rift valleys with steep sides, natural forest with oak, ash, elm and hazel, rich wildlife and lush bottom flora.

Visit the valley on a spring day before leaf fall and experience the beautiful forest floor filled with blue anemones, later white and blue anemones.

An approximately 2 km long path leads through the valley to the Stavehøl waterfall, one of the island's vertical falls, where the water gushes out through a rock crevice.

You can read more about the Kobbeå River at På 367 ture i Bornholms Natur or the blogger Sarah in The Green. The book 'På 367 ture i Bornholms Natur' can also be purchased in our webshop or at the Bornholms Velkomstcenter.
