If you meet one of the locals who, with a twinkle in their eye, tells you that they were born in Kongevejsparken, then it's true.
From 1894 to 1975, Kongevej Hospital was located here on the corner lot, and some of the oldest trees were planted in the adjacent park.
The park is open to the public 24 hours a day.
