From Koppes Mølle, there are plenty of opportunities to explore Himmerland’s varied landscapes on foot or by bike. Discover the river valleys, the Himmerland heathlands, the protected Lake Navnsø and the Limfjord – or take a trip to Aggersborg, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

Stay close to nature

At Koppes Mølle, you can choose between several types of accommodation:

• Three rustic nature rooms with private toilet and shower.

• The Green Orangery, with its charming, rustic interior and warmth from the wood-burning stove.

• Two Ådal cabins with comfortable beds and panoramic views across the valley.

Practical measures with consideration for the environment

Koppes Mølle has introduced a number of practical environmental measures into its daily operations. The property generates electricity from its own solar panels, while water in the sanitary building is heated using solar energy. Guests’ bed linen and towels are air-dried rather than tumble-dried, and an EV charging point is available.

Fruit and vegetables are grown organically in the kitchen garden, and breakfast includes homemade bread baked with organic flour. Efforts are also made to reduce food waste. For example, leftovers from breakfast can be offered to guests as a packed lunch for the day.

Thoughtful choices have also been made when furnishing the property. The Green Orangery, for example, is partly furnished with restored second-hand furniture.

Breakfast is served in the Glass House, where you can also enjoy a game or simply look up at the sky.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden, where there is also a barbecue area.
