Kristiansholm Plantage is a mixed woodland with old deciduous trees and open woodland meadows where sheep graze. The plantation is also home to old oak trees that have been growing here for several hundred years.

Kristiansholm Plantage is located by a bathing beach overlooking Karrebæksminde Fjord.

If you would like to explore the area on foot, you can follow a short walking route through the plantation.

Næstved Municipality has a simple campsite by Bjørnebækken. The site has a fire pit and shelter that can be used by hikers on the Sjællandsleden trail.

In addition, behind the coastline there is a former gravel pit with buildings, a camping area, shelter and a fire pit with firewood.

If you would like to use the campsite, you can find current information about booking, access and facilities from Næstved Municipality.

In the northern part of the woodland towards Skafterup, there is a dog forest where dogs may be off the lead under their owner’s responsibility and supervision.

There is also an accessible toilet at the edge of the site towards Bisserup.
