Lov i Listed
There is a calm in Listed that finds its way into the ceramics at Lov i Listed. Here, everyday tableware and unique pieces are shaped with a view of the sea, where colours and forms often begin as impressions from the coastline just outside.
Ceramics between sea, forest and everyday life
In Listed on Bornholm’s east coast, Lov i Listed works with ceramics in a setting where nature is not just a source of inspiration, but part of everyday life. Torben Lov and Susanne Glerup Lov live and work here, with the sea in front of them and the forest just behind.
Torben creates functional pieces in high-fired stoneware, combining form and function. Two tableware collections define the work: Hverdag, inspired by the colours of the summer sky with glossy and matte contrasts, and Kadeau, shaped by the coastal forests and rocky landscape – developed in collaboration with the Bornholm gourmet restaurant Kadeau.
Alongside the tableware collections, unique pieces are created on an ongoing basis, allowing new forms to emerge in the workshop. Materials and working processes are also carefully considered in production: leftover clay is reused, and the kiln is fired using electricity.
