The largest meeting and conference rooms are named after former chairmen of the Danish Metalworkers' Union, reflecting the site's historical roots:

• Georg Poulsen Auditorium has fixed table seating for up to 150 people and is suitable for conferences, larger meetings and presentations. The auditorium has integrated facilities for hybrid meetings, making it easy to combine in-person and online participation.
• Hans Rasmussen Hall accommodates meetings and events for up to 100 people and is equipped with professional AV equipment. It is particularly suitable for seminars, workshops and presentations requiring flexible room layouts.
• Max Bæhring Wing is designed for smaller meetings of up to 20 people. Private dining is also available in calm and discreet surroundings suited to focused work and confidential conversations.

Metalskolen also has around 10 additional meeting rooms of varying sizes, accommodating between 12 and 40 people. This provides flexibility when planning smaller meetings, group work and parallel sessions as part of larger conferences.

Metalskolen is set within 42 Danish acres of land, more than 60% of which has been converted into natural areas with a focus on biodiversity. The green surroundings offer opportunities for walks, informal conversations, team-building activities and outdoor breaks.

The open spaces and network of paths also make it possible to take parts of a meeting outdoors or simply use the natural surroundings for breaks between the day's activities.
