Get your skates out and enjoy a trip on the ice. It's great exercise – and whether you've tried it before or not, it's great fun. The ice rink is open 24 hours a day. Please note that the opening hours for skate hire may be affected by weather conditions.

If you're not a pro on skates, or if the kids need a little more action, you can take a short detour to the new nearby playground PARIS, which is also located in Musikhusparken.

• You will find the ice rink in Musikhusparken by Musikhuset Aarhus
• You can rent skates at the ice rink
• You are welcome to bring your own skates
• The ice rink is open most of the day and is free to use
• The opening hours for skate rental may be affected by weather conditions
• Outside the skate rental opening hours, please note that the ice is prepared every morning between 7 and 10 a.m. When the ice resurfacing machine is on the rink, you are not allowed on the ice.

Good and warm tips for dressing at the ice rink

• Warm overtrousers
• Warm winter jacket
• Hat
• Mittens
• Helmet

This helps against the cold, but also takes a lot of the impact if you fall.
