Join the oyster workshop and experiment with oysters under the expert guidance of Michelin-starred chef Jesper Krabbe and Allan Jacobsen from Hotel Dagmar. Recipes, ingredients, smoky aromas, and expert knowledge will help you create your new favorite oysters. Afterward, you can purchase the ingredients at the local market and chat with the producers.
