On this adventure journey, which starts from the parking lot on Okholmvej, you will participate in a guided trip out to the oyster banks at Mandø. Prepare to taste fresh oysters, served directly from their natural habitat, complemented by bubbly champagne opened with a saber! Feel the fresh sea breeze and listen to the fascinating stories about local bird life, seals, and life in the great outdoors, available in Danish, German and English.

Along the way, you will experience the interaction between nature and gastronomy, where you collect oysters yourself and prepare them on the grill with exciting ingredients such as fermented garlic and hot honey. After the fresh sea air and culinary delights, you can relax in the company of other participants in true wellness style.
