Restaurant Oliva welcomes you in bright, intimate rooms where guests are presented for the season-based cuisine, ranging from the classic Danish lunch to more Southern European inspired meals in the evening hours.

Menus and wine list reflect the chef’s efforts travelling inland and abroad to find the necessary inspiration, in order to give guests an extraordinary experience. Oliva has a lovely patio which is open from Easter and as long as weather permits.
