Sauna session at the harbour

The sauna session takes place on the harbourfront, where you’ll experience the contrast between the warm sauna and the cool harbour water. An experienced sauna master uses towels to distribute the heat and fragrance, ensuring you enjoy an even and comfortable warmth. The breaks between rounds give you time to cool down, get some fresh air and – if you fancy it – take a quick dip.

Times and booking

Sauna sessions are held several times a week – typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays; occasionally also on Saturdays. Check current times and bookings/prices via the organiser’s channels, as days of the week and times may vary.

Practical information and tips

Bring a large towel to sit on, drinking water and, if you wish, pool shoes. Arrive in good time, listen to your body and take it down a notch if you start to feel unwell.
