Danish Lunch 'Smørrebrød' at Gram Castle

Roast beef from Gram Castle’s own cattle, recommended by the Animal Protection Society, and sausages from the local butcher form the core of the culinary craft, based on organic and sustainable principles. The menu also features classics such as herring, fish fillet, potato open-faced sandwiches, and warm smørrebrød – for example, minced beef with onions from the castle’s fields. The selection varies regularly.

Smørrebrød is a new offering at Gram Castle and is served on selected Sundays from 12:30–14:30. The buffet features a fresh and varied selection of both cold and warm smørrebrød from Gram Castle. Guests can enjoy as much as they like.
