Look forward to a traditional Danish lunch at Gram Slot, with a selection of cold and warm smørrebrød. Guests gather around the long tables, where good food sets the scene for conversation and shared stories.

The buffet includes roast beef from Gram Slot’s own cattle and sausages from the local butcher. You can also enjoy classics such as herring, breaded fish fillet and potato smørrebrød, alongside warm options such as a beef patty with onions grown in the castle’s own fields. The selection changes regularly, and you can help yourself to as much as you like from the buffet.

The restaurant has been awarded the Silver Organic Cuisine Label, which means that 60–90% of the food and drink purchased by the restaurant is organic.

Smørrebrød Ad Libitum is served on selected Sundays from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
