Tårup Strand - Havørred Fyn Hotspot nr. 29
A long stretch with fantastic opportunities. In front of the cottage area and down past Tårup Camping, you fish over deep water with large stones and boulders.

The coastal spots between Nyborg and Svendborg are often shallow and sandy. But Tårup Beach is a notable exception. From the bay near the campsite and about a kilometer southward, you’ll find deep water and a rocky shoreline.
Continue further south and you’ll reach Kløverhage – a well-known location among sea trout anglers. This large rocky formation curves along the coast and, as the name suggests, is covered in clover seaweed. At high tide, the dense seaweed can make fishing tricky. But at low tide, you can wade out beyond the tall seaweed bushes and cast into the deep, rocky waters beyond.
It’s a fantastic spot where countless sea trout have been caught over the years – including some of the largest ever landed on Funen.
