From Ebeltoft to Gravlev

Start your tour in the charming market town of Ebeltoft and cycle past sights such as the historic museum ship Fregatten Jylland and the impressive Glass Museum. The track begins at Vibæk Skovvej behind Ebeltoft Park Hotel and from here the route heads in a north-westerly direction, cycling through beautiful forest areas.

A look at Ree Park Safari

Along the way you'll pass the hidden backside of Ree Park Safari, where you may be lucky enough to spot exotic animals like giraffes, rhinos and zebras through the fence - a very special experience from the saddle.

Wildlife and Stubbe Lake

The last part of the route takes you past the scenic bird sanctuary at Djursland's largest lake, Stubbe Sø. Here you can take a break at the bird tower, enjoy a picnic at tables and benches or simply admire the rich birdlife in the area.

Practical information

The Gravlev Trail is unpaved, so be prepared for a more natural cycling experience. The route is approximately 10 km long and starts at Vibæk Skovvej in Ebeltoft and ends in Gravlev.
