At Thy Hallen Swimming Centre, there’s something for everyone – whether you’re looking for exercise, relaxation, or playful moments with the family.

With a 25-metre pool featuring eight lanes and diving boards from 1 m and 3 m, a family pool with bubbles and water turbines, a practice pool for children and beginners, a paddling pool for play and learning – as well as a warm therapy pool at 34 °C with bubble bench and massage jet – we create the perfect setting for a versatile experience.

You’ll also find an outdoor seasonal pool, sauna, steam bath, and infrared sauna – allowing you to combine water activities with wellness and rehabilitation.

It’s easy to get around and access the facilities – also for guests with special needs. There are accessible changing rooms with lifts, shower chairs, and bathing beds, as well as elevators and pool lifts.

Our professional lifeguards are present during opening hours, and companions with a valid companion card enjoy free admission.
Everything is designed to ensure that you can enjoy your time in the water safely, comfortably, and with joy.

Thy Hallen is designed with accessibility in mind so that everyone can enjoy the facilities.

The swimming centre offers four accessible changing rooms, one of which includes two showers. In addition, you’ll find:

• Four small shower chairs and three large shower chairs with lifts

• Four bathing beds with lifts

• Pool lifts for both the 25 m pool (27 °C, depth 1.2–3.8 m) and the therapy pool (34 °C, depth 1.2 m)

Various aids are available in the pools and changing areas, such as floatation wings, noodles, neck supports for adults, a rollator with wheels, and bath stools.

Lifeguards are available to assist during public opening hours to a limited extent.
Companions have free access upon presentation of a companion card.

Lockers operate with a 20-krone coin.

Accessible parking for both cars and minibuses is available at the main entrance. Four elevators make it easy to get around the building, and accessible toilets are located at the main entrance, near Hall 1, and in the hallway by Hall 2.
