Vendsyssel's Plantation
3 beautiful hectares of park with wild birds, hares and a lit lake with water lilies and goldfish.

Since businessman Kristian Mikkelsen Vendsyssel donated the plantation to the Løkken Borger- og Håndværkerforening in 1921 during a gathering at Løkken Badehotel, Vendsyssels Plantage has been a peaceful retreat and popular meeting place for both local residents and the many visitors to Løkken.
More than 100 years later, the board of the Løkken Borger- og Håndværkerforening continues to look after this green recreational area in the heart of the town, ensuring that it remains a place for everyone to enjoy.
The approximately three-hectare park is home to several historic memorial stones that tell part of Løkken’s history. Visitors can also enjoy the natural surroundings, spot birds and hares, and relax by the illuminated pond with water lilies and goldfish.
The plantation is a lovely place to take a break. Bring your own lunch and let the children have fun on the nature playground.
Visitors can also make use of the kiosk and cafeteria, as well as the parking facilities at Løkken-Hallen on Søndergade.
