Knead the meat with the flour, salt and pepper, onion and eggs.
Add the cream or milk if needed to help them stick together - but not too much! The mixture should hold together.
Shape small balls with a spoon.
Put the meatballs in a frying pan and fry them in butter until golden brown.
Serve with potatoes, vegetables or a salad.
