Scandic Falkoner – expanded and refurbished
Formerly known as Radisson Blu Falkoner, the 16-storey conference hotel located close to Frederiksberg Metro Station has undergone major refurbishment led by Danish architecture practice Arkitema. Now the hotel has joined the Scandic brand.
The number of guestrooms have been expanded from 166 to 334. The two concert halls and the six conference rooms have been refurbished and as part of the project, the lobby area, restaurant and bar have been redesigned to appeal to non-staying passers-by. The bistro-style Green Room restaurant serves Danish cuisine made with ingredients from Danish suppliers.
The hotel has a long history as a venue for popular entertainment and the two concert halls will feature international musicals and entertainers.
