Beach Yoga in Hvide Sande with Corell Yoga
Beachyoga wants to make use of the beautiful beach that we have here in Hvide Sande. Here we get sand between our toes, feel the wind in our cheeks and listen to the sea breeze while we practise freedom of movement.
The mission is to release more energy both through physical movement and the flow that occurs when body, mind and nature connect.
For whom: everyone can participate - regardless of gender, shape and age! Children are also welcome.
Language: Danish/English.
Price: 85 kr. / 11.5 euro (cash, mobilepay or Paypal)
Meeting point: Westwind surf cafe at Tungevej 8, 6960 Hvide Sande. From here we walk together to today's yoga spot on the beach.
