Det årlige 2.sorteringssalg i Potteriet

In keeping with tradition, Potteriet's 2nd sorting sale takes place during the Ascension holiday

2. Sorting sale
The annual 2nd sorting sale will once again take place during Ascension Day, when the potters will once again take the boxes out of storage and set up the ceramics in the workshop.
Usually starting on Thursday. There are usually a lot of people on the first day, when the selection will naturally be the largest.
The rest of the selection will be on display at the workshop over the weekend, where you are also welcome - all 4 days from 10-17

There will be a second selection from this year's production - utilitarian ceramics as well as unique pieces at great prices.
Hand-thrown ceramics in porcelain and stoneware - see more inspirational images on the Facebook page and www.potteriet.com.

2nd grade ceramics are not exchangeable.

Please bring a basket/bag to keep your items in to save on packaging. If you can, you can also bring small tea towels or similar to wrap your items in to save on packaging.

Ceramics workshop and boutique

The Pottery is a pottery studio and an associated shop located in Stoense on north Langeland. Potters Esben Langkilde and Jannie Nielsen work in both stoneware and porcelain producing both everyday and unique artistic items. All their ceramics are turned by hand in their own workshop and are rooted in a strong craftwork tradition combined with contemporary, functional design.

While learning to be potters Jannie Nielsen was apprenticed with Bottani-Dechaud in France, and Esben Langkilde was an apprentice with Marie Würtz and Kähler in Denmark.
