The Eatery Spisestuen at Flynderupgaard Museum
Spisestuen at Flynderupgård Museum in Espergærde is rather an eatery than a restaurant.
Here you can enjoy plain Danish home cooking from the good old days as you would get it in the servant’s hall for around 100 years ago. The museum's vegetable garden supplies the eatery with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Around Christmas and Easter Spisestuen often has special historical meals on the menu.
The eatery is open Thursday - Sunday from 12 – 4 pm. The kitchen closes at 3.45 pm.
NB! Spisestuen is closed in January.
