Enslev church was built around the 13th century and was built in Romanesque times as chalkstone squares.
The tower and porch were erected in the late Gothic era by monk stone. The tower is not built in connection with the ship. Inside the bell hangs a clock dating back to the 13th century.
There is a small relief in the southern wall representing a warrior with spear and shield (supposed to defend the church and the village). The communion table is made of chalk bricks covered with a Renaissance panel. On the altarpiece, there is a painting “Christ blesses the child”.
